Washtenaw Community College is soliciting bids to replace all existing carpet throughout its College‑in‑the‑Loop (CiTL) building. The contractor must remove existing carpet and base, install Shaw Script carpet tiles (color Folio 75305) and Mohawk Mycotexture LVT in designated areas, provide wall‑base and painting of walls/trim, relocate office furniture, and move IT/AV equipment according to a tight phased schedule. The bid is open to all qualified firms; attendance at the mandatory pre‑bid site visit is required.
