The City of Charlottesville Fire Department is issuing an RFQ for the purchase and delivery of three complete DJI Matrice 4T Universal Edition drone packages. Each package must include the drone, battery, remote controller, power adapters, charging hub, storage case, microSD card, gimbal protector, cellular dongle, propellers, spare accessories, a 3‑month DJI Terra Pro license, and a 12‑month DJI Care Enterprise Plus accidental‑damage insurance plan. Additional accessories such as extra batteries, propeller guards, spotlights, speakers, parachute recovery systems, manifolds, chargers, a mobile display suitcase, landing pad, and live‑streaming bundle are also required. Delivery must be made to the City’s address in Charlottesville between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on weekdays, with a 48‑hour delivery notice.
