Barracuda Email Security and Backup Solution RFP 21.2526B

Chippewa Valley Schools is seeking a Barracuda Email Security and Backup Solution. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract with Chippewa Valley Schools. The contract will be for a term of 90 days from the date of the bid opening, during which all proposals must remain firm. The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized Iran Linked Business disclosure and a Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items in the bid. • The solution must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the bid documents. • Bidders must submit one original and two copies of the bid proposal form, bid pricing sheet, affidavits, and all required documentation. • All bids must be submitted using the attached pricing form and signed by the bidder in a sealed envelope. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a tax exemption certificate upon request.
