Description
The James Sprunt Community College is seeking bids for the provision of new fitness equipment, including delivery, set up, and installation. The ideal vendor should be able to deliver the equipment before the end of June. The college requires a range of equipment, including Precor BP Vitality Pulldown/Row, Precor BP Vitality Rear Delt/Pec Fly, and Precor BP Vitality Multi Press, among others. The vendor must be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and must provide a signed statement from the manufacturer confirming authorization. The contract will expire upon completion and acceptance of all requirements within the scope of work.
Some key points to consider:
• The vendor must deliver the equipment Free-On-Board (FOB) Destination to the specified location within North Carolina.
• The vendor must complete delivery within 30-45 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order.
• The vendor must provide a manufacturer's standard warranty for all equipment furnished under this IFB.
• The vendor must designate a contract manager and customer service point of contact for contract-related issues and customer service-related issues.
