Description
Oregon State University’s Cascades campus is seeking a full‑service event production contractor to plan, build, operate, and dismantle the annual commencement ceremony. The contractor will serve as the single point of coordination for all production elements, handling pre‑production planning, staging, tents, seating, power, AV/livestream, crowd‑management equipment, ADA transport, and post‑event teardown. The work includes two on‑site pre‑production visits, regular planning meetings with university staff, and on‑the‑day leadership of ceremony flow, safety, and logistics.
