CAL FIRE is seeking a vendor to supply fifty (50) P25 VHF FM NVIS panel‑mount transceivers (model MTP136D‑000GN or an approved equivalent). The solicitation is strictly for the hardware; no installation, software, or services are required. Vendors must submit a detailed price quote—including item price, sales tax, discounts, shipping (taxable), e‑waste fees, and a minimum 30‑day validity—by the response deadline, and must attach all required administrative forms (Bidder Declaration, seller’s permit, certifications, etc.). The award will be based on lowest responsive price with a tie‑breaker favoring Small Business/DVBE status, and the selected vendor must deliver all units within 60 calendar days of award.
