Description
The project entails a complete electrical retrofit at the Mokelumne River Fish Hatchery, including demolition of an existing 125 kW diesel generator and associated equipment, installation of a new District‑furnished 500 kW Tier 4 Final Caterpillar generator, a 1200 A switchboard, an automatic transfer switch, a load‑bank, and a PLC‑based control panel, plus all necessary concrete work, conduit, wiring, testing, commissioning, and documentation. The contractor must manage permitting, utility coordination (PG&E), environmental compliance (SWPPP, AQMD), and provide on‑site training and final close‑out documentation.
• Demolition of existing generator and electrical infrastructure, disposal of waste, and construction of a reinforced concrete pad.
• Supply and install new generator, switchboard, ATS, load‑bank, control panel, and all associated power and control cabling.
• Complete testing, commissioning, SCADA integration, training, and submission of as‑built and warranty documentation.
