Description
The West Virginia General Services Division is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the one-time purchase of Nine (9) Power Laptops and Nine (9) Docking Stations. The laptops must meet certain specifications, including having a Windows 11 Pro 64-bit operating system, a minimum Intel Core i7 processor, 32GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. The docking stations must be compatible with the laptops. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.

The contract items must be delivered within thirty (30) working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed. The vendor shall deliver the contract items F.O.B. destination to the Agency’s location.
