Description
The County of Riverside is seeking a qualified vendor to provide full‑service parade production and coordination for the 2027 Presidents Day Parade, a high‑visibility community event tied to the Riverside County Fair and National Date Festival. The contractor will develop and maintain a comprehensive parade plan, manage participant entry, staging, route logistics, and day‑of operations, and coordinate with multiple public‑safety agencies, the City of Indio, and County departments.
