The State of Tennessee’s Department of Tourist Development is seeking a vendor to supply, install, and maintain weather‑radar display systems at 16 highway welcome‑center locations across the state. The contract will cover hardware (LED flat‑screen monitors, CPUs, weather‑radar equipment), software programming for rotating weather and tourism content, custom engineering hours, and emergency‑message scrolling capabilities, plus full‑service maintenance and 24‑hour response to service calls. Pricing must be provided for each of the 18 line‑item services, with a single‑award contract covering the entire scope.
• Provide and install complete “Weather Center System” (monitor, CPU, software) at each listed welcome center.
• Deliver ongoing maintenance, 24‑hour response to service calls, and toll‑free technical support during business hours.
• Perform custom engineering/programming and emergency‑message scrolling services, with monthly billing to the State.
