Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Fort Stewart-HAAF Microgrid

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Louisville District (USACE) intends to solicit proposals for the construction of the Power Generation and Microgrid project at Ft. Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF). The contract solicitation will include sole-source requirements for natural gas upgrades and electrical utility interconnection. Interested parties may submit a capability statement to the point of contact. Key aspects of the project include: • Natural Gas Upgrades: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source requirement to Alanta Power and Gas for required natural gas upgrades. • Electrical Utility: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source requirement to Georgia Power Company for interconnection agreement to the power grid. • Capability statements must be received by 07 November 2025, 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
