Budget estimate

$6,350,900 – $31,754,500

Given the scope of the project, which includes a partial renovation of a 63,509 GSF building, the addition of a new multipurpose turf field, renovation of two existing gyms, and updates to various systems, the estimated budget could be substantial. Considering the average cost per square foot for commercial construction projects, which can range from $100 to $500 per square foot, the total construction cost for this project could be estimated between $6,350,900 and $31,754,500. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary based on various factors, including the complexity of the project, the location, and the bidding process.
