Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide Kosher and Halal food products to the FCC Pollock facility. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price, and the contractor must be able to deliver the products on a weekly basis. The products must meet specific requirements, including being certified Kosher or Halal, and must be packaged in individual servings. The contractor will be evaluated based on price, past performance, and technical factors. Some of the key products required include:
• Kosher Potato Chips
• Kosher Margarine
• Kosher Dressing
• Kosher Tomato Catsup
• Kosher Mustard
• Kosher Peanut Butter
• Kosher Instant Milk
• Certified Halal Meat products, including Beef Franks, Chicken Wings, and Turkey Cutlets
The contractor must be able to provide all of the required products and must be able to meet the delivery schedule. The contract will be awarded to the responsible quoter whose quote conforms to the requirements and is determined to provide the best value to the Government.
