Description
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking a contractor to provide DMVA Installation Energy and Water Plan Services. The contract term is three years with up to two one-year renewal options. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing services to support the development of installation energy and water plans for various DMVA facilities. The evaluation process for this RFP considered technical evaluation criteria, including product quality, service capabilities, delivery capabilities, and vendor questions.
