On-Call Miscellaneous Construction

The City of Jonesboro is seeking bids for on-call miscellaneous construction services, including the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for the provisions of the construction of turning lanes and parking lots. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, concrete driveways, sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, and other related items. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. The prices shall remain in effect through March 31, 2027. • The City of Jonesboro reserves the right to accept, split, or reject any or all of any part of any bid received. • The Contractor shall furnish concrete, fill sand, backfill soil, expansion, key-ways, and any other materials required for proper installation. • The Contractor shall be responsible for the payment of any and all sub-contractors, supplies, and equipment. • The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damages made by the Contractor. • The City of Jonesboro encourages all minority businesses to compete for, win, and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction.
