Request for Qualifications: Construction Manager at Risk Services SMF Taxiway A, A3, and A13 Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The County of Sacramento, Department of Airports is seeking a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) to reconstruct and rehabilitate Taxiways A, A3, and A13 at the Sacramento International Airport. The project includes the reconstruction of asphaltic concrete pavement, storm drain cleaning and assessment, and the installation of LED lighting upgrades. The CMAR will be responsible for providing preconstruction services, including design-related and cost-related services, and will work with the Department's Project Manager and Consultant Designer to deliver the project. The project is expected to start by July 2027 and will take approximately 3 years to complete. • The project includes the reconstruction of approximately 8,600 feet of Taxiway A and its connectors. • The project includes the installation of LED lighting upgrades and new taxiway edge lights and signage. • The project includes storm drain cleaning and assessment and the installation of in-line check valves. • The CMAR will be responsible for providing preconstruction services, including design-related and cost-related services. • The CMAR will work with the Department's Project Manager and Consultant Designer to deliver the project.
