Ryan White HIV/AIDS Part A & the Minority AIDS Initiative Programs

The City and County of Denver Public Health & Environment is soliciting applications for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Part A and Minority AIDS Initiative programs. The programs aim to provide a comprehensive continuum of high-quality, community-based care for low-income individuals and families with HIV. The contract will commence on March 1, 2026, and will expire on February 28, 2027. The selected provider will be required to deliver services in accordance with the standards of care, skill, training, diligence, and judgment provided by highly competent individuals performing services of a similar nature. Key services and requirements include: * Providing access to a comprehensive continuum of high-quality, community-based care for low-income individuals and families with HIV * Developing or enhancing access to RWHAP, Part A and MAI funded service categories * Submitting monthly invoices in a format and with a level of detail acceptable to the City * Maintaining insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, business auto liability, and workers' compensation * Complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and codes of the United States, the State of Colorado, and the City and County of Denver
