Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide grounds maintenance services at the G.V. "Sonny" Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. The services include mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and snow/ice removal. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, including grass, trees, shrubs, and plants, and ensuring a clean and professional appearance. The contract will be for a base year with four option years.
• The contractor will be required to provide a weekly work plan and follow-up report with photos.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the irrigation system and providing a complete map of the system.
• The contractor will be required to provide a one-year warranty on all equipment and services.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable records management laws and regulations.
