Three (3) Year Contract to Perform Janitorial Services at Various

The Jefferson Parish Department of General Services is seeking bids for a three-year contract to provide janitorial services at various locations. The contract will require the successful bidder to provide labor, materials, supplies, chemicals, and equipment necessary to perform janitorial services. The services will include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as emptying trash cans, cleaning breakroom countertops, mopping floors, and buffing hard surfaces. The successful bidder will also be required to provide documentation of employee verification, including background checks and I-9 forms. The contract will also require the successful bidder to provide insurance certificates and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
