The City of Columbus Public Utilities Department is seeking an Indefinite Quantity Agreement (IQA) for the rental, haul‑away, and disposal of various roll‑off dumpsters and for grit/screen hauling services on an as‑needed basis across multiple municipal facilities. The contract will run through May 31 2027 and is valued at an estimated $50,000 in annual spend. Bidders must provide unit‑cost pricing for each line item and comply with OSHA and Ohio waste‑disposal regulations.
• Provide and maintain dumpsters ranging from 8‑ to 40‑yard sizes, including monthly rentals, dump‑and‑return, liners, and related fees.
• Perform hauling to the Franklin County Landfill, cover all tipping and overweight ticket costs (except where the City pays), and ensure immediate cleanup of any spillage.
• Respond within 24 hours for non‑rented dump‑and‑return items, adhere to strict service hours (Mon‑Fri 7 am‑2 pm), and submit detailed invoices with exact service dates/times.
