Looking for 8-month Hangar Lease Alpine, Texas

The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a lease for hangar space in or near Alpine, Texas. The lease will have a term of 8 months with thirty (30) day termination rights. The hangar space must be at least 14,000 square feet with a door height of at least 21 feet to store and maintain 3 UH60 Blackhawk helicopters. Office space is desired up to 400 square feet if available, and must have air conditioning. The hangar and office require 24 hours, 7 days a week access, and all access should be keyed.
