Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for the NOAA Disaster Response Center in Mobile, Alabama. The contract will be for a base year with four optional 1-year extensions. The contractor will be responsible for providing labor, supervision, supplies, tools, materials, and equipment to ensure the facility retains a clean appearance and functionality. The contract will be awarded based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method.
