Network Edge Switch Replacement Project

Luzerne County is seeking bids for a Network Edge Switch Replacement Project. The project involves replacing network edge switches with new ones, and the successful bidder will be required to provide the necessary equipment and services. The contract period will be for one month from the date of contract award or until the project is completed. The anticipated start date of the contract will be November 24, 2025. • The project requires the replacement of network edge switches with Catalyst 9200L 48-port PoE+ switches, Cisco Catalyst 9200L Stack Modules, and C9200L Cisco DNA Essentials licenses. • Only submissions from official Cisco Partners will be considered. • All equipment must be purchased directly through official Cisco Partner channels. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond in an amount no less than the total dollar amount of their bid. • The bidder must also provide insurance coverage, including commercial automobile liability, commercial general liability, and professional liability insurance.
