Description
UW Medicine is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced bidders to provide kitchen hood, fan, duct, and other appurtenances cleaning, maintenance, inspection, repair, and replacement services to Harborview Medical Center and its associated clinics, University of Washington Medical Center, operating at two separate campuses, Montlake and Northwest, and its associated clinics. The contract is expected to start on April 15, 2026, and last for 24 months, with the option to extend for up to 9 years. The bidder must provide their complete proposal with the best and most favorable terms upon initial submission.
• The bidder must be registered with the Washington State Office of Minority and Women's Business Enterprises (OMWBE) and have an active registration in the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) System for Award Management (SAM).
• The bidder must provide a signed proposal response certification, attachment B, and disclose any current exclusions, suspensions, or debarments from federal programs.
• The bidder must provide a pricing proposal, including prevailing wage rates, and a sustainability questionnaire.
• The bidder must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the warranty requirements.
