Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project is likely to be in the range of $5 million to $15 million, based on the size and scope of the project. The project involves the construction of a new 15,000+/- SF facility, which would require significant labor, materials, and equipment costs. Additionally, the project will require site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, which will also contribute to the overall cost. However, without more detailed information about the project's specifications and requirements, it is difficult to provide a more precise estimate.
