Description
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a law firm to provide immigration counsel services to the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education. The selected law firm will be responsible for advising on and preparing required submissions for permanent and non-immigrant visa applications, attending meetings, and providing trainings to clients. The contract will be for a term of one year with the option to renew for up to two additional years. The law firm must demonstrate experience in immigration law and have the necessary qualifications and expertise to perform the required services.
