Highland and Lyle Phase 3

The City of Elgin is seeking a design firm to provide Phase III construction engineering services for the intersection improvement of Highland Avenue and Lyle Avenue and sidewalk extension to Thomas More Drive. The project includes intersection reconstruction to a roundabout, pavement markings, ADA sidewalk improvements, drainage improvements, soil erosion and sediment control implementations, and signage. The estimated construction budget is approximately $1.15 million. The selected firm will be responsible for providing construction engineering services during the project, which is expected to start in spring 2026.
