Description
The Anchor Bay School District is seeking a contractor to upgrade the boiler and hot water pump systems in several of its buildings. The project includes replacing existing boilers and hot water pumps with new, high-efficiency models, as well as installing new variable frequency drives and performing other related work. The contractor will be responsible for performing site investigations, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring that the new equipment meets existing performance characteristics. The project must be completed by October 1, 2026. Key considerations for this project include:
