Recycling Sponsorship & Management Services RE-SOLICITATION

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified vendor to develop, launch, and manage a full‑service sponsorship program for its municipal recycling assets (residential carts, public cans, drop‑off sites, trucks, etc.). The contractor will be responsible for creating sponsorship packages, soliciting sponsors, handling contracts and payments, designing and installing branding on assets, providing ongoing program management, and delivering detailed financial and performance reporting. The award will be a three‑year contract with two optional one‑year renewals, and the prime must perform at least 60 % of work in‑house (subcontracting ≤ 40 % without prior CPO approval). Minimum MBE/WBE participation goals (3 % MBE, 4 % WBE) and EEO compliance are mandatory.
