Description
The City of Waco is seeking bids for the Emergency Standby Generators Installation Project at the Riverside Water Treatment Plant High Service Pump station and Riverside Operations Building. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to properly install, complete, and be accepted in place generator installations. The project duration is expected to be 150 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals.
• The project includes electrical and civil site improvements and components as shown on the project drawings and as specified herein.
• The engineering estimate for the project is $770,000.
• The general contractor shall self-perform 51% of the project.
• A liquidation fee of $1000.00 per day will be applied for each day of delay.
• TxDOT qualifications are not required for this project.
