Description
The County of Fresno is requesting quotations from qualified vendors to provide security services at various remote locations throughout Fresno County. The services are required to ensure timely and appropriate responses to medical emergencies, physical security breaches, and alarm activations, as well as to conduct ongoing patrols of buildings and surrounding grounds. The contract term is for 5 years, with an initial 3 years and potential renewal for 2 additional one-year periods. Bidders are required to provide firm, fixed pricing for uniformed security guard services at four regional facilities.
• The services will be provided at four regional facilities: Coalinga Regional Center, Kerman Regional Center, Reedley Regional Center, and Selma Regional Center.
• Bidders must provide hourly rates for standard service hours, overtime, and additional services.
• The quoted rates must be firm and fixed for the entire term of the agreement.
• Costs should include inflation, minimum wage changes, or statutory labor adjustments for labor, administrative, and material costs.
