Description
The State of Missouri, Office of Administration, Division of Purchasing is seeking a vendor to provide muslin sheeting fabric for the Department of Corrections, Missouri Vocational Enterprises. The contract period is from the date of award through one year. The vendor must provide first-quality fabric, uniform in color, weave, weight, and width, with a minimum order guarantee of 20,000 linear yards per contract order. The vendor must also comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to non-discrimination, affirmative action, and data breach.
• The vendor must register with the Missouri Secretary of State and obtain a "Vendor No Tax Due" certificate from the Missouri Department of Revenue.
• The vendor must comply with the Anti-Discrimination Against Israel Act and certify that they are not engaged in a boycott of goods or services from the State of Israel.
• The vendor must provide a proposal that includes pricing, product information, and other required exhibits.
• The state reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements of the RFP.
