Description
The Anchor Bay School District is seeking a contractor to perform lighting improvements at various school buildings. The project includes retrofitting and replacing existing interior and exterior lighting fixtures with energy-efficient lighting fixtures. The contractor will be responsible for obtaining necessary permits, providing labor and materials, and ensuring that all work is done in accordance with applicable codes and regulations. The project also includes the installation of dimming controls and other lighting controls. The contractor must have experience with similar projects and must provide a list of comparable projects completed within the last 5 years.
