Description
The Health and Human Services Commission is seeking a firm to provide janitorial services at facilities located throughout the State of Texas. The initial term of the contract will be for one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. The contract will start on September 1, 2026. The solicitation includes a list of mandatory pre-proposal webinars and jobsite walkthroughs.
• The pre-proposal webinars will be held on May 27, 2026, May 29, 2026, and June 22, 2026.
• The jobsite walkthroughs will be held at various locations throughout the state (see Exhibit I, Jobsite Walkthrough Schedule).
• The deadline for submitting questions is June 22, 2026, by 12:00 p.m. Central Time.
• The deadline for submission of solicitation responses is July 6, 2026, by 10:30 a.m. Central Time.
• The anticipated notice of award is August 1, 2026.
• The contract is expected to start on September 1, 2026.
