The California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services seeks a California‑certified small‑business to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Susanville Public‑Safety Communications facility. The work includes routine weekly cleaning, bi‑weekly and monthly tasks such as window washing, carpet cleaning, floor stripping, waxing and buffing, and quarterly floor refinishing, all performed primarily on Fridays. The contractor must meet strict green‑cleaning standards, maintain extensive insurance coverage, provide a Janitorial service bond, comply with California wage/benefit floor requirements, and cannot subcontract any portion of the work. The contract is limited to a single site (≈ 1,950 sq ft) with a three‑year performance period and a maximum value under $250K.
