Description
The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) is seeking a consultant to provide real estate strategy consulting services. The selected consultant will work with the BPDA to develop and implement a real estate strategy that aligns with the agency's goals and objectives. The scope of work includes providing expert advice on real estate matters, conducting market analysis, and developing strategic plans for the BPDA's real estate portfolio.
• The consultant will be expected to have experience in real estate strategy development and implementation.
• The consultant will be required to work closely with BPDA staff and other stakeholders to develop and implement the real estate strategy.
• The consultant will be expected to provide regular progress reports and updates to the BPDA.
