Description
The County of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the renewal of BeyondTrust remote support concurrent user cloud licenses and BeyondTrust remote support cloud endpoint licenses. The contract period is from 02/01/2026 to 01/31/2027. The licenses are for the Department of Public Social Services. The bid must include the brand name, part number, and other relevant information.
• The bidder must provide a letter of certification from the manufacturer confirming that the bidder is authorized to offer the products.
• The bidder must provide a completed request for bid (RFB) form and appendix A package.
• The bidder must provide a certificate of insurance (COI) with the County of Los Angeles listed as the certificate holder.
• The bidder must agree to accept for credit any merchandise returned in good condition within five days after receipt of goods without any handling charges.
• The bidder must agree to provide payment terms of net thirty (30) days from the date the County receives a correct and proper invoice.
