CPR/First Aid Training

The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract to provide training for City employees on an as-needed basis. The training shall contain all the elements required in various regulatory statutes, including Federal, OSHA, State, and Municipal mandates. The offeror shall provide certification to City employees who receive training. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards. • The training will include standard first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and AED training in conformance with American Heart Association or American Red Cross standards. • The offeror will provide audio-visual equipment, videos, handouts, or other supplies required for the training. • The offeror will retain or dispose of all equipment after the class has been completed, leaving the facility ready for use by the next occupant. • The offeror will provide quarterly reports to the City of Tucson Risk Management showing all City of Tucson employees who have attended training for the previous quarter. • The offeror will maintain records for a minimum of three years.
