Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking a design-build contractor to replace two existing Makeup Air Units (MAU) at the NAVSUBASE Groton, CT. The project includes the design, provision, and installation of MAU#1, and the design only for MAU#2. The new equipment must match existing capacities and include dehumidification of incoming air to 50% RH +/- 10%. The contractor must also remove existing MAU, install new MAU controls, and test, adjust, and balance the new MAU. The project requires compliance with various environmental regulations and Navy requirements.
