ITB Service of Process

The State of Florida, Department of Legal Affairs, is seeking a contractor to provide service of process functions. The contractor will be responsible for serving process within the state of Florida, the United States, and internationally. The contract will be for a term of five years, with the option to renew for up to three additional years. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in performing service of process activities and must be capable of serving all 50 states, territories, and commonwealths, as well as providing international service of process. The contractor will be required to provide pricing for different service levels, including routine, express, and priority service. • The contractor must have experience in serving process in multiple jurisdictions. • The contractor must be able to provide service of process in a timely and efficient manner. • The contractor must be able to provide detailed reports and updates on the status of service of process. • The contractor must be able to provide testimony and other services as required. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor and employment.
