The Department of State is hosting an Industry Best Practice Conference to conduct market research and seek industry input for future aviation support. The conference will be held on December 8, 2025, in Chantilly, Virginia. The Department is looking for companies that can provide medical evacuations, transport essential supplies, and facilitate the deployment of medical personnel. The vendor should have a Safety Management System (SMS) that complies with federal regulations and have experience in engineering dedicated biocontainment solutions.
• The vendor should have the capability to conduct international and regional operations.
• The vendor should have experience in navigating the certification process for biocontainment equipment.
• The vendor should have a comprehensive medical report upon completion of the mission.
• The vendor should have demonstrated experience and capability to secure ground transportation for patients.
