The West Virginia Department of Education is issuing an open‑end Request for Quote to procure a cloud‑based testing platform that will administer three statewide social‑studies assessments (8th‑grade History, High‑school U.S. History, and Civics) each year. The contract is initially for one year with the possibility of up to three one‑year renewals.
