Description
The Madison County School District is seeking bids for the construction of a facility located at Madison Central High School. The project scope includes work at and around the existing Jaguar Stadium, including a new pre-fabricated press box, demolition of the existing restroom building, construction of two new restroom buildings, a new entry gate structure, a new pedestrian plaza, relocated ADA parking, and new decorative fencing throughout.
* The project is located at 1417 Highland Colony Pkwy, Madison, MS 39110
* Bid documents can be obtained for viewing and purchase at Jackson Blueprint or Central Bidding
* Electronic bids can be submitted at Central Bidding
* Bidders will be required to provide bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check for at least five percent of the base bid payable to Madison County Schools
* The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers
