Description
The Department of the Army, Contracting Office is seeking quotations for Copier/Multi-Function Device Printers and Services. The solicitation requires quoters to submit their quotations in three separate volumes: Administrative and Completed Technical Compliance Workbook, Technical Narrative Proposal, and Price. The technical evaluation will be based on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis, and the contract will be awarded to the technically acceptable quoter offering the lowest evaluated price. The key requirements include:
• Completeness and compliance review
• Technical acceptability evaluation
• Price reasonableness evaluation
• Ability to deliver, install, support, maintain, relocate, remove, repair, and administer the MFD fleet throughout the life of the contract
• Technical ability to support enterprise management across WREN, NIPRNET/Garrison, and MEDCOM/KACH environments
• Ability to operate within each specific environment (WREN, NIPRNET/Garrison, and MEDCOM/KACH)
