Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a service agreement to provide preventive and repair maintenance on four Neurostar TMS Therapy Systems. The contractor will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repair services, and providing technical support. The contract will have a base year and four option years, with a total period of performance of five years. The contractor must provide a capability statement that addresses their qualifications and ability to perform the work described.
Key aspects of the job include:
• Providing preventive maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations
• Performing repair services
• Providing all labor, travel, and parts
• Providing a toll-free number for 24-hour technical assistance
• Delivering a Field Service Report after each service visit
• Informing the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) prior to adding or removing equipment
• Not removing any hard drives from the station
• Providing documentation of certification for service technicians
