Description

The Lake County Behavioral Health Services is seeking proposals for a Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Clubhouse Program. The program aims to provide a safe and welcoming space for outreach, drop-in engagement, resources, groups, recovery-oriented activities, and connection to services for youth and young adults ages 16-24. The selected contractor will be responsible for operating the TAY Clubhouse at least four days a week and at least twenty hours a week, unless otherwise negotiated in the final contract. The contractor will also be expected to work toward readiness for Medi-Cal reimbursable Clubhouse Services under BH-CONNECT. Some key points to consider: • The program should provide a member-centered, recovery-oriented Clubhouse model that is inclusive of peers and individuals with lived experience in program design and service delivery. • The contractor will be expected to maintain participant records and comply with all applicable confidentiality, HIPAA, County documentation, and reporting requirements. • The program should address equity and promote culturally inclusive services, outreach, accessibility, and responsiveness to anticipated barriers for the target population. • The contractor will be required to submit annual reports to LCBHS, including expenditures made within the fiscal year, activities provided, operating hours, unduplicated participants served, and progress toward Clubhouse fidelity/readiness milestones.

Budget estimate

$150,000 – $450,000

The budget for this opportunity can be estimated based on the funding amounts provided in the document. The total anticipated award is up to $450,000 over three years, with $200,000 in Year 1, $150,000 in Year 2, and $100,000 in Year 3. This suggests that the contractor can expect to earn around $150,000 per year on average. However, the actual budget may vary depending on the contractor's performance and the County's decisions on funding. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the contractor's ability to meet the program requirements, the number of participants served, and the level of readiness for Medi-Cal reimbursable Clubhouse Services.
