This solicitation seeks a qualified small‑business to provide comprehensive pest‑control services for the Arizona State Prison Complex – COTA (ASPC‑COTA). The contractor must deliver all‑inclusive pest‑management, including routine interior and exterior treatments, rapid response to unscheduled requests, and provision of mouse glue boards, while complying with strict security and safety requirements of a correctional facility.
• All‑inclusive fixed‑price contract (max $100,000) for a 12‑month term, renewable up to 5 years
• Required services: twice‑monthly interior treatments, twice‑monthly exterior perimeter work, after‑hours kitchen/dining area treatments, 24‑hour response to ADCRR requests, 30‑day re‑treatment guarantee, and supply of minimum 10 boxes of mouse glue boards at award
• Small‑business eligibility (≤ 100 employees or ≤ $4 M revenue), required licensing, insurance (CGL $1 M, auto $500 K, workers’ comp $500 K), and adherence to contraband restrictions (no cigarettes, pens, vaping products, etc.)
