The City of Saco is seeking a single merchant‑services provider to consolidate all existing payment processing across multiple city departments, replace a patchwork of current providers, and deliver a unified, PCI‑DSS‑compliant reporting and integration solution. The vendor must supply a cost proposal covering overhead and processing fees, integrate with the city’s MUNIS/Tyler ERP system, and help the city achieve cost reductions on credit‑card and eCheck transactions.
