Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for an open-end contract to provide inspection, test, and corrective repair services for sprinkler, waterflow, domestic backflow, dry systems, fire pumps, and standpipes. The contract will also establish labor rates and parts mark-up for any corrective maintenance issues. The total payments under this contract will not exceed $500,000. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on May 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST.
• The contract is for a term of one year, with the possibility of renewal for successive one-year periods.
• The contract will cover the quantities actually ordered for delivery during the term of the contract.
• The vendor must maintain certain insurance policies, including commercial general liability insurance and automobile liability insurance.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances.
• The contract may be canceled by the Purchasing Division Director if the materials or workmanship supplied do not conform to the specifications contained in the contract.
