The U.S. Government Publishing Office is seeking a prime contractor to reprint 20,000 single‑sheet label sets (80,000 total labels) plus 25 sample sheets. The work requires in‑house, high‑resolution label printing on pressure‑sensitive matte‑coated stock, exact PMS color matching, and strict proofing and delivery schedules. No subcontracting of the printing function is permitted, and the contractor must manage proof submission, sample provision, packaging, and shipping to a Pennsylvania fulfillment house by early October 2026.
• 4‑up format on 8.5 × 11″ sheets, die‑cut to 5″ × 4″ labels, using PMS 296 & PMS 187 inks.
• Mandatory PDF soft‑quality proof by 08/28/2026 and high‑resolution composite or G7‑profiled ink‑jet proofs on actual stock.
• Delivery of finished, paper‑banded packs of 50 to Dialog Direct, Landisville, PA, by 10/02/2026, with same‑day shipping notice.
• All printing must be performed by the prime contractor; the contract follows GPO quality‑assurance standards (PUB 310.1 & 310.2).
